As the student halls are owned by private companies, you pay your rent direct to them. Rent payments get set up as part of the booking process. Please contact the hall you select for full details.
Hot water, heating, lighting and basic contents insurance are all included in the cost of your rent. Wifi is also provided free of charge.
In some halls there are 24/7 manned security desks. Plus the communal areas/spaces are usually cleaned as part of the rent.
