Our support is delivered through a combination of the Support Enquiry Zone (SEZ), Information Services, the Students' Association and the academic schools.
SEZ is based in the library and is open every day, including weekends. After 5pm weekdays and at weekends, if your enquiry needs referring to specialist support, we may not be able to pass it on until the next working day.
